What's included in each unit?
Every unit includes Learning Resources (Learner Guide, PowerPoint Presentation, Self Study Guide, Session Plan), Assessment Resources (assessment tasks, workbook, workplace forms, simulation tasks), and Assessor Documents (Assessor Guide, Assessment Mapping Tool, Contextualisation Guide).
What's the difference between Learning Resources Only, Assessment Kit Only, and the Complete Package?
Not every RTO needs everything. Buy just the Learning Resources, just the Assessment Kit, or the Complete Package — both together, at a 20% saving over buying them separately. Whatever matches how you deliver and assess.
Why is the price the same for every unit, regardless of qualification level or complexity?
Every unit gets the same meticulous, detail-first treatment — so it gets the same price. We don't cut corners on simpler units or charge more for complex ones; the depth of work behind each one is consistent, and so is what you pay for it.
How long will it take to receive my resources after I purchase?
Once payment has been processed, your resources are delivered within 24 hours to your provided email address.
What if I need my resources urgently?

Can I edit and rebrand the resources?
Yes. All resources are provided in fully editable Microsoft Word (and PowerPoint, for Learning Resources) format, so you can rebrand and contextualise them freely.
Do I still need to validate the resources myself?
Yes. Our internal review process gives you a genuinely strong starting point, but as with any third-party resource, your RTO remains responsible for validating and contextualising materials as part of your own compliance system. We build resources to make that validation process straightforward, not to replace it.
What if the unit I need isn't in your Library yet?
You can pre-order it. We'll build your Complete Learning and Assessment Kit for that unit and have it ready within 2 months of your order, for $699 (full payment required upfront to secure your pre-order).
What happens if my pre-order runs late?
If your pre-order is running behind schedule, we'll contact you before the 2-month deadline to let you know. If delivery runs more than 2 weeks past the original date, we'll apply a 10% credit toward your next purchase. If it runs more than 4 weeks late, you're entitled to a full refund if you no longer wish to proceed.
Do you offer support beyond resources?
Yes — our Consulting Services cover initial registration and add-to-scope applications, audit preparation and rectification, TAS development, validation support, policy and procedure development, and general compliance advisory.
What if I need a resource type that isn't listed in your standard packages?
Get in touch and let us know what you need. We regularly develop additional resources — from RPL kits to specialised industry templates — on request. We'll come back to you with a scope and price tailored to exactly what's required.
Do you guarantee our resources will pass an audit?
Compliance can be subjective — what one assessor flags, another may not, and no resource provider can honestly guarantee your RTO will pass an audit. What we can guarantee is the depth and rigour behind every resource we build: our strict internal development and review process is designed to ensure every resource aligns to unit requirements, reducing the likelihood of issues being raised at audit in the first place.
Can I get a sample before I buy?
Yes — request a free sample of any unit before purchasing, either directly from that unit's page in the Library or via our Contact page.
What is the Compliance Promise?
If a genuine issue with one of our resources is identified during your audit, we'll rectify it — or work with you to challenge the finding — at no cost to you, provided the resource was used in the form we supplied it. This doesn't cover issues arising from changes you've made to the resource yourself — if you'd like our help with those, we're happy to assist at our standard rates.
How do I claim the Compliance Promise?
Contact us with your full audit or validation report as soon as possible — we need to see the specific finding to assess the issue properly. We require a minimum of 15 business days' notice from when we receive your report to complete any rectification, so the earlier you send it through, the better placed we are to meet your deadline.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No — all prices shown are excl. GST.
What's your refund policy?
Because our resources are delivered digitally and are immediately usable once downloaded, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind once a resource has been delivered. If you believe a resource genuinely doesn't meet the standard we describe, contact us and we'll review and correct it at no charge.
My download link has expired — how do I access my resources?
For security, download links are active for [7 days] from delivery. If yours has expired, contact us at info@vetassessmentsolutions.com and we'll send a new one.
